2. On which legal basis we process your data

3. What data is processed

3.1 Ordering process

If you place an order through our website, we will collect your first and last name, address, date of birth, e-mail address or telephone number (contact details) and, depending on the chosen method of payment, your bank details or credit card details (bank details). In addition, we collect the data for your order, ie which products you have ordered at what price (order data). We need this data in order to fulfill the contractual relationship, ie to send you the ordered goods and to settle in return our purchase price claim. If you place an order through our website, your contact and order details will be passed on to our internal order department and bookkeeping as well as to our suppliers (DPD and DHL,). Depending on the payment method chosen by you, we will pass on your bank details to the commissioned payment service provider as part of the processing of payments. This processing is carried out to fulfill our contractual obligations and services in accordance with. Art. 6 para. 1 lit b. DSGVO.

As part of the use of our online services, we store the IP address and the time of each user action. The storage is based on our legitimate interests, as well as the user’s protection against misuse and other unauthorized use. A transfer of these data to third parties does not take place, unless it is necessary for the prosecution of our claims or there is a legal obligation in accordance with. Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c DSGVO. The deletion of the data takes place after expiration of legal warranty and comparable obligations, the necessity of the storage of the data is checked every three years; in the case of legal archiving obligations, the deletion takes place after its expiration. Information in the customer’s account remains until it is deleted. The IP addresses will be anonymized or deleted after 7 days at the latest.

3.2 Cookies

3.4 Collection of access data and logfiles

We, or our hosting provider, collects on the basis of our legitimate interests within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. 6. Right of objection

7. How long will my data be stored?

The data processed by us are deleted or limited in their processing in accordance with Articles 17 and 18 GDPR. 9. Payment service provider
